Bikini Bay is a pixel-art surf tycoon about the long game: hiring nobodies and turning them into world champions, shaping boards by hand, and out-working four rival camps who want the same title you do.

This is the full game. No ads, no in-app purchases. Second Chance (get back up after a wipeout, once per heat) is a free button.

Build your camp

• Lay out a beachfront compound tile by tile: shaping bays, gyms, wave pools, shave ice stands, hammock groves
• Place buildings well and they combine into adjacency bonuses that pay out every week

Hire a crew with real personalities

• Cody surfs when he feels like it. Zara has memorised the forecast. Duke reads the ocean like a language. Kai sends it.
• Train them, teach them traits, promote them from Grom to World Champ
• Watch them age and retire, then coach the next generation or hang them on the Legends wall

Shape boards that are yours

• Pick a template, set volume and rocker, choose a colourway, and name it
• Research and tune fins, wax and traction pads
• Evolve a favourite into a Mk.II that keeps its name

Thirty-second heats

• Paddle out, read the wave, pick your line: aerials, cutbacks, floaters, barrel spits
• Manage stamina, watch the wipeout meter, and pick your moment for SEND IT
• Wind, tide, swell and your board's match to the conditions all move the score
