Last Lantern: Samurai Parry

One lantern still burns, and something in the dark wants it out. You are the guard who stands beneath it.

How it plays. Strikes come in from the left and the right. Read the warning, then click that side (or press A / D) as the strike lands. A clean parry builds your chain. Perfect parries build focus, and full focus unleashes a sweeping counter that clears every strike on screen. Hollow feints punish a nervous hand. When the breath signal shows, stop and let the lantern recover a flame.

• Short runs. Plays offline, no account.

Controls (PC)

• Parry left / right: click the left or right side, or press A / D (or the arrow keys)
• Esc: pause and back
• Settings can switch to on-screen buttons or mouse drags.

The itch.io version

• No ads. No in-app purchases. The full game, once.
• The bonus embers after a run are a free button.
• The window opens at 1600x900 and can be resized.
