The Yard

The Yard is a gritty prison survival game built around hard daily decisions.

Three actions a day. Work details earn cigarettes and parole favour but drain your energy. Keeping your head down restores health and lowers suspicion. Building riot support opens a dangerous shortcut, while a clean record can bring freedom closer at a hearing.

Yard fights. When a fight starts, brute force is not enough. Read your rival's stance: guard the wide right, jab while they circle, and go to the body when their hands rise. Every exchange costs energy and health. Win the stake, or step out before pride ends your run.

The commissary. Food keeps you moving. Hand wraps make every future fight safer. Serve your time, earn parole, organise the yard, or risk everything on an escape. Suspicion changes the odds, and failure adds days to the sentence.
